1. What ages do you teach?

We offer lessons for children ages 6 months to 12 years. Our lessons are designed to meet the unique needs of each age group, from infants to young swimmers.

2. How long are lessons?

Each lesson is 20 minutes long, ensuring that children stay engaged and energized throughout their session.

3. What should we bring to our lesson?

All children must come prepared with appropriate swimwear, including swim diapers for younger children. For our diaper policy, we require two non-disposable diapers: a Finis swim diaper as the base and a Splash About outer layer for added protection. Please bring a towel as well. 

4. Is there a diaper policy?

We require all children who are not potty trained to wear two non-disposable swim diapers: a Finis swim diaper as the base layer and a Splash About outer layer on top. This ensures proper hygiene and comfort for all swimmers.

5. Where are lessons held?

Our Englewood lessons are at 1155 W Oxford Ave, Englewood, CO (Englewood Rec Center), our Lone Tree lessons are at 9985 Park Meadows Dr, Lone Tree, CO (Element Hotel Park Meadows) and 10345 Park Meadows Dr, Lone Tree (Marriott South Park Meadows), and our Aurora lessons are at 13851 E Harvard Ave, Aurora, CO. 

6. How much do lessons cost?

Each lesson is $35, or you can purchase a package of four lessons for $125 (about $31/lesson). Recurring clients receive four-packs after every four scheduled lessons. 

7. What is the cancellation/reschedule policy?

To reschedule a drop-in lesson, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance; otherwise, the lesson fee is forfeited. There are no exceptions to our 12 hours cancellation policy. 

Recurring swimmers will receive a makeup token if a cancellation is made outside of the 12-hour window. Recurring swimmers must attend at least 50% of lessons in a four-week period. We ask two-weeks of notice for swimmers ending their recurring lessons.

8. What is a makeup token?

Makeup tokens are used for recurring swimmers who need to early cancel a lesson (vacation, sickness, etc.) to reschedule their weekly lesson. Makeup lessons must be scheduled within 30 days of the missed recurring lesson.
